Safe Life Home Healthcare is seeking a Client Care Coordinator on-site to manage the full client lifecycle, from initial outreach to closing deals and ongoing relationships. You will call leads, convert prospects into clients, and coordinate with internal teams for service delivery.

• Proven experience in sales, lead conversion, or client acquisition.
• Strong closing skills and ability to convert leads into signed clients.

Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with incoming and outbound leads.
• Qualify prospects and close new client contracts.
• Build strong relationships with clients and referral sources.
• Conduct in-person visits when required (including 90-day client check-ins).
• Drop off brochures and represent the company in the field.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and service delivery.
• Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or expand services.
