Complete Care in Wisconsin is seeking an Admissions Director to lead the admissions process, drive census growth, and build strong relationships with referral sources. This fast-paced role requires exceptional organization and a passion for serving the elderly.

You will manage the full admissions cycle, collaborate with hospital partners, conduct outreach and tours, coordinate hand-offs with clinical teams, and report on admissions metrics weekly to track progress.

Qualificações

• Passion for service in senior care and a desire to work with the elderly and their families.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare admissions processes, including screening, documentation, and insurance verification.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple daily admissions.
• Comfortable using EMR systems and leading teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with ability to build trust with internal and external stakeholders.
• Commitment to confidentiality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Admissions Management: Coordinate the full admissions process in a high-volume setting, respond to inquiries, screen applicants, and ensure paperwork is completed.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers, and referral sources to ensure inquiries.
• Marketing and Outreach: Represent the facility at events and tours to promote services.
• Team Collaboration: Work with department heads to ensure smooth transitions for new residents and coordinate hand-offs.
• Reporting: Prepare and analyze weekly admissions and referrals reports to track census goals.
