Complete Care in Wisconsin is seeking an Admissions Director to lead the admissions process, drive census growth, and build strong referral relationships. This fast-paced role requires senior care passion and the ability to manage inquiries, screenings, and paperwork efficiently.

You will collaborate with department heads, represent the facility at events, and produce weekly admissions reports while ensuring compliance and a compassionate resident journey from start to finish.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the full admissions process in a high-volume setting.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local hospitals, physicians, social workers, and referral sources to ensure a steady stream of new resident inquiries.
• Represent the facility professionally at marketing events, networking opportunities, and tours to promote the facility’s programs and services.
• Work closely with facility department heads to ensure smooth transitions for new residents, including room readiness and clinical hand-offs.
• Prepare and analyze weekly reports on admissions and referrals to track progress toward census goals.
