Complete Care in Wisconsin is seeking an Admissions Director to lead the admissions process, drive census growth, and build strong referral partnerships. This fast-paced role focuses on delivering compassionate, resident-centered service in a community-focused facility.

You will oversee inquiries, screenings, paperwork, and insurance verification, while collaborating with hospital partners and internal teams to ensure seamless transitions and high-quality resident onboarding.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the full admissions process in a high-volume setting.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers, and referral sources.
• Represent the facility at events, tours, and outreach to promote programs.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth transitions and room readiness.
• Prepare weekly reports on admissions and referrals and monitor census progress.
