Complete Care in Wisconsin is seeking an Admissions Director to lead the admissions process, grow census, and build strong relationships with referral sources. This fast-paced role averages 2-3 admissions per day and requires a compassionate leader dedicated to senior care.

You will collaborate with hospital partners, physicians, social workers, and facility teams to ensure smooth transitions, accurate paperwork, and a positive resident journey from inquiry to admission.

Qualifications

• Passion for senior care and helping families.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare admissions processes, including screening and insurance verification.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple daily admissions.
• Comfortable using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to build trust with staff and external stakeholders.
• Commitment to confidentiality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full admissions process in a high-volume setting and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local hospitals, physicians, social workers and referral sources.
• Represent the facility at events, networking opportunities, and tours to promote programs and services.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth transitions and clinical hand-offs.
• Prepare and analyze weekly admissions and referrals reports to track census goals.
