Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Quantitative Analytics Vice President in the Card Marketing Analytics group in the United States. You will lead acquisition-focused analytics for credit cards, connect customer behavior to offer strategy, and develop reusable data products to drive portfolio growth.

You will mentor talent, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver measurable business impact with crisp storytelling across marketing and product leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• Two years of direct people leadership experience in an analytical function.
• Six years of industry experience devising analytical solutions using large, complex datasets.
• Proficiency in at least one analytical programming language (Python, R, or SAS).
• Proficiency with databases and querying (SQL and modern cloud data platforms).
• Strong analytical and statistical skills with business focus.
• Ability to synthesize results into recommendations for partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of data scientists and analysts.
• Partner with credit card product and marketing teams to shape acquisition strategy.
• Build, validate, and deploy predictive models for acquisition and customer experience.
• Deliver end-to-end analyses and scalable reporting to evaluate campaign performance.
• Translate insights into experiments, strategies, and measurable outcomes.
• Communicate complex results clearly to senior stakeholders for timely decisions.
• Promote analytics practices, experimentation discipline, model governance, and continuous improvement.
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies.
