Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in financial services or management consulting.
• Expert knowledge of consumer banking products, including P&L drivers and KPIs.
• Deep knowledge of capital and balance sheet management frameworks (CCAR, CECL, Basel III Endgame, RRP).
• Forecasting models for balance sheet and P&L components.
• Proven experience leading quantitative teams and delivering insights from risk/reward analysis.
• Strong project management with a track record of delivering complex analytics on tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of quantitative analysts.
• Own performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
• Lead analytical support for pricing initiatives and portfolio pricing optimization.
• Develop methodologies to measure revenue, balances, losses, and portfolio outcomes.
• Partner with Finance and Risk teams on planning, forecasting, and portfolio assessments.
