• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery.
• Knowledge of risk, controls, regulatory compliance in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, analysis, documentation, and validation of requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to define future-state capabilities.
