Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Principle Field Service Engineer for Biosense Webster to support cardiovascular products. This field-based role may be located in Boston, Washington, Columbus, Pittsburgh, Charlotte, Nashville, Birmingham, Jacksonville or New Jersey.

You will manage customer support, installations, repairs and upgrades, and drive satisfaction across assigned territories through training and proactive service.

Qualifications

• Vocational/Trade Certificate with 4–6 years related work experience.
• Associate degree with 6 years’ experience in Cardiology or Electrophysiology.
• Associate degree with 6 years’ experience as a biomed in hospital environment or in medical field service.
• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical/ Electronics/ Electrical/ Computer Engineering with 6 years hospital or field service experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote technical support to internal and external through the Customer Support Call Center.
• Install, operate, repair and upgrade equipment within assigned territory.
• Develop preventative maintenance programs and maintain service records.
• Manage region and schedule to support all products serviced by Biosense Webster.
• Travel and communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
