NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking an experienced Radiology IT Support Engineer (L2) to join our Frisco, TX team. You will administer PACS environments, ensure high availability of imaging workflows, and troubleshoot DICOM/HL7 interfaces across multi-site healthcare settings.

The role requires deep radiology IT expertise with DICOM, HL7, VNA and advanced visualization platforms, plus collaboration with vendors and infrastructure teams to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Core Imaging Technologies in radiology.
• 5+ years Radiology Applications experience with relevant platforms.
• 5+ years Interface & Integration Technologies in healthcare IT.

Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and support PACS environments across sites.
• Troubleshoot HL7 interfaces and DICOM routing issues.
• Assist radiologists with workflow optimization and imaging applications.
