Universal Health Services in Edinburg, TX seeks a Senior Technologist to lead our Cardiac Cath Laboratory. You will perform advanced clinical duties, manage projects, and act as the primary liaison among management, physicians, staff, and vendors to ensure patient safety and high-quality outcomes.

You will support staffing, conduct quality assurance audits, and mentor colleagues while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Competenze

Graduate from an approved school in Radiologic Technology.
Must be licensed as a Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) in the State of Texas.
Current ARRT Licensure (with RCIS/RCES exceptions per Public Law 97-35).
CCI certification as RCIS or RCES preferred.
Interventional Angiography certification preferred.
Must maintain current BLS and ACLS per AHA guidelines.

Mansioni

Lead the Cardiac Cath Laboratory on assigned shifts and perform advanced clinical duties.
Serve as liaison between management, staff, physicians, and vendors; resolve routine issues.
Support staffing productivity through scheduling and assignments; conduct QA audits.
Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives; mentor staff and provide performance feedback.
Lead special projects and report performance data and metrics.
Participate in rotational call with RT and RCIS staff; ensure compliance with TDSHS and TJC standards.
