Universal Health Services is seeking a Lead Cath Lab Tech to serve as the lead for Radiologic Technologists in a multi-modality Cardiac Cath Laboratory. The role includes leading projects, mentoring staff, and coordinating with management, physicians, and vendors to ensure exceptional patient care and safety.

The position requires 3 years of Special Procedure or Radiography experience, active Texas MRT license, ARRT, and BCLS/ACLS, with RCIS/RCES or interventional angiography certification

Competenze

• Graduate from an approved school in Radiologic Technology.
• Currently licensed as a Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) in the State of Texas.
• Current ARRT Licensure (Technologists that are exempted from ARRT must meet Public Law 97-35).
• Active Certification with Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) as RCIS or RCES.
• Current certification in Interventional Angiography preferred.
• Must have and maintain BCLS and ACLS per AHA guidelines.

• Lead Cath Lab Technologist for a multi-modality Cath Lab on assigned shift.
• Serve as liaison between management, staff, vendors and physicians; resolve questions and issues.
• Lead quality assurance audits and drive quality improvement activities.
• Mentor staff, monitor performance, and provide feedback for development.
• Ensure staffing productivity, organize work schedules, and manage inventory and supplies.
• Maintain compliance with TDSHS and TJC standards.
