Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Associate, Card Risk to support the risk management process for change-based initiatives across the Card organization. You will provide operational backbone and risk coordination that enables our partners to navigate complex programs with confidence, accuracy, speed, and governance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 1 year of Project Management, Process Management, Risk, Legal or Compliance experience.
• At least 1 year of experience facilitating cross-functional meetings.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1+ years partnering with stakeholders across different business functions.
• Familiarity with change management frameworks and risk or control environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inputs to ensure accurate and complete documentation.
• Lead end-to-end session logistics and calendar management.
• Act as liaison across the enterprise to resolve impediments and maintain momentum.
• Review records and coordinate updates to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Maintain tracking tools and shared mailboxes for team coordination.
• Identify operational efficiencies to drive value and consistency across the organization.
