Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience facilitating cross-functional meetings.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• 1+ years of experience partnering with stakeholders across different business functions.
• Familiarity with change management frameworks and risk or control environments.

Responsibilities

• Facilitation and Coordination: Manage, coordinate, and facilitate key initiative inputs to ensure complete documentation.
• Agenda and Logistics Management: Lead end-to-end logistics for sessions, including agendas and complex calendar invites.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Access Management: Act as a primary liaison across the enterprise to resolve impediments and maintain momentum.
• Documentation and Output: Ensure high-quality documentation and coordinate updates for alignment with requirements.
• Platform and Tool Management: Maintain tools required for team coordination and tracking systems.
• Process Improvement: Identify operational efficiencies that drive value and consistency across the organization.
