• Manage end-to-end logistics for sessions, including agendas and calendar invites.
• Act as primary liaison across the enterprise to resolve impediments and maintain momentum.
• Ensure high-quality documentation and updates align with requirements.
• Maintain tracking systems and shared mailboxes for team coordination.
• Identify operational efficiencies to drive value and consistency.
