Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• At least 5 years of experience working in risk management or financial services.
• At least 4 years of program management experience.
• At least 4 years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal business clients.
• Masters Degree preferred.
• 6+ years of Project Management experience leading cross functional projects and programs in Risk.
• 6+ years of program management experience leading cross functional risk programs.
• 4+ years of Project or ProcessManagement experience.
• 3+ years of experience in reporting and analyzing data.
• CRMA or CRCM certification preferred.
• PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with business teams and other key stakeholders to develop products, processes, marketing and technologies with risk management in mind.
• Lead risk framework discussions and drive solutions to improve risk profile.
• Participate in risk forums and reporting routines and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Lead ad-hoc projects to improve processes or controls to mitigate risks.
• Synthesize data and reporting and provide proactive business insights from analyst data.
• Drive results in line with risk agendas and business priorities.
• Stay abreast of regulatory changes and their impact on supported areas.
• Collaborate across levels and organizations to achieve objectives.
• Coordinate with risk, compliance and legal/business support functions to meet priorities.
