Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Associate in Card Risk to support and execute risk management for change-based initiatives. You will enable partners to navigate complex changes with confidence through rigorous documentation, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive coordination across business leads, risk advisors, and stakeholders.

This role emphasizes organizational excellence, fast-paced delivery, and the ability to adapt as programs mature.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 1 year of Project Management, Process Management, Risk, Legal or Compliance experience.
• At least 1 year of experience facilitating cross-functional meetings.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitation and Coordination: Manage, coordinate, and facilitate key initiative inputs funneling in from various sources to ensure accurate and complete documentation is retained.
• Agenda and Logistics Management: Lead the end-to-end logistics for sessions, including creating, communicating, and distributing agendas, as well as managing complex calendar invites.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Access Management: Act as a primary liaison across the enterprise, communicating effectively to resolve impediments and maintain program momentum.
• Documentation and Output: Act as a "stickler" for high-quality documentation by reviewing records and coordinating updates to ensure alignment with both internal and external requirements.
• Platform and Tool Management: Maintain the various tools required for team coordination, including various tracking systems, and shared mailboxes.
• Process Improvement: Partner with the team to identify operational efficiencies that drive value and consistency across the organization.
