Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Columbus seeks a Product Owner to lead end-to-end delivery for Pay Chase Payments’ digital credit payment UX and platform, partnering cross-functionally to build scalable, customer-led experiences.

You will own the product lifecycle and be the voice of the customer to deliver value. The role focuses on improving efficiency and usability across the payment platform, developing new features, and collaborating with co-brand stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a related domain.
• Strong knowledge of the product development lifecycle.
• Experience leading lifecycle activities from discovery to value management.
• Experience in Payments and/or the Credit Card industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops product strategy and vision that delivers customer value.
• Leads discovery and market research to identify customer needs and translate insights into the roadmap.
• Owns and evolves the product backlog to support the roadmap and value proposition.
• Defines and tracks key success metrics such as cost, adoption, risk posture, and reliability.
