Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Jersey City is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Payments, Digital & Design, Access Connectivity, Data Reporting & Transaction Services portfolio.

You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, drive the strategic roadmap, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-value product offerings for corporate and FI clients. The role requires deep Payments domain expertise, strong executive communication, and proven ability to launch

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Advanced knowledge of product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities from discovery to value management.
• Strong leadership, ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead teams through complex changes.
• Deep technical and architecture understanding to engage with engineering on APIs, data models, and modernization.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers.
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the roadmap.
• Owns and maintains a product backlog aligned with the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Builds framework and tracks KPIs for cost, features, reliability, and risk posture.
• Leads end-to-end Access Connectivity (H2H and API) Data Reporting & Transaction Services portfolio across channels.
• Operates with a business-owner mindset, setting clear priorities across client value, revenue, cost, risk, and scalability.
• Defines and executes strategy for expanding ISO 20022-based reporting capabilities, including pricing and commercialization.
• Partners with Technology and Architecture to translate strategy into scalable product/platform capabilities.
• Drives go-to-market, pricing, and value proposition in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and regional teams.
• Leads across H2H, API, Online, and other reporting channels to unify client propositions and reduce fragmentation.
• Builds empowered product teams and fosters accountability, judgment, and leadership development.
