Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, payments, or related fields.
• Experience with platform products, APIs, or shared services.
• Experience defining strategy and executing via agile methods.
• Experience backlog management and stakeholder alignment.
• Understanding of software development and engineering collaboration.
• Ability to navigate complex environments and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of payment platform capabilities across experiences and servicing solutions.
• Identify reusable, scalable platform capabilities for multiple products and channels.
• Partner with product, engineering, architecture, operations, risk and business stakeholders to define features.
• Define strategy, roadmaps, and delivery plans aligned to user needs and outcomes.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs to focus on high-value outcomes.
• Maintain documentation, write epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, and reviews.
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture to deliver resilient platform solutions.
• Evaluate integration requests and reuse existing capabilities where possible.
• Use data, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to inform decisions and improve efficiency.
• Support governance, issue management, controls, and continuous improvement.
