• 5+ years in product delivery or related area.
• Proven ability to drive operational readiness and change.
• Experience with release management and cross-functional governance.
• Strong leadership and influence across a matrixed org.
• Experience with agile tools (JIRA/Confluence).
• Forecasting improvements and KPI definition.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product delivery from intake through release, readiness, and reporting.
• Manage delivery plans, milestones, risks, blockers, and resourcing.
• Lead delivery with Technology PMs: sprint planning, testing, and cutover.
• Coordinate change activities, ensure risk controls and audit readiness.
• Partner with APOs on roadmaps and multi-quarter delivery views.
• Translate strategy into executable epics/features and measurables.
• Improve intake/discovery and quantify impact for prioritization.
• Strengthen data quality and automate where possible.
• Develop rollout plans, runbooks, and operating procedures.
• Coach and develop the delivery team and foster capability growth.
• Embed approved AI into delivery while ensuring governance and human review.
