Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Compliance Manager to own compliance advisory for the Affirm Card program, guiding: marketing, onboarding, disputes, and remediation across product lifecycles.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to ship compliant features, escalate only when necessary, and lead risk-based decisions in a fast-paced environment with evolving regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of compliance advisory experience in financial services.
• Bachelor's degree; advanced degrees or certifications a plus.
• Deep knowledge of Reg E, Reg Z/CARD Act, and UDAAP; familiarity with card networks.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end compliance advisory for the Affirm Card program.
• Review marketing, disclosures, and UX for regulatory alignment.
• Lead root-cause analysis and durable remediation of card compliance issues.
• Partner with product, engineering, and risk for audits and exams.
• Develop training and reference materials for Card regulatory requirements.
