Job summary

AFFIRM is seeking a Compliance Manager to own advisory for the AFFIRM Card program. You will guide card marketing, onboarding, disputes, and remediation, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Operations to ship compliant features built to last.

This role requires navigating Reg E, Reg Z, CARD Act, and UDAAP in a fast-paced environment. You will lead risk assessments, drive durable remediation, support regulatory exams, and develop training materials.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a compliance advisory role in financial services with card/payments focus.
• Strong knowledge of EFTA Reg E, TILA Reg Z, CARD Act, Reg DD and UDAAP.
• Experience influencing Product, Engineering and Risk in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end compliance advisory for the AFFIRM Card program across marketing, onboarding, and servicing.
• Review disclosures and UX to ensure regulatory compliance and consumer protection.
• Lead root-cause analysis and durable remediation of card compliance issues.
• Partner with internal teams to prepare for regulatory exams and audits.
• Maintain the Card program's compliance risk assessment and control inventory.
• Develop and maintain training materials on Card regulatory requirements.
