Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems seeks a Senior Manager of Capture Management to drive strategic capture efforts across major opportunities. You will lead cross-functional teams to shape winning strategies, coordinate with leadership, and manage price-to-win analyses.

TA/SCI eligibility required; travel up to 50% and the role may be based at Chandler, AZ or other NG spaces campuses across VA, MD, AL, CO, or UT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, a technical field, or another relevant discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in government or defense industry.
• Proven track record leading cross-disciplinary capture, proposal, or BD teams.
• Knowledge of FAR and government contract types (IDIQ, FFP, Cost Plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional capture teams to plan and execute end-to-end capture activities.
• Develop capture strategies, win themes, and price-to-win analyses.
• Coordinate with line-of-business leadership and external partners to drive win rate.
