Northrop Grumman Space Systems seeks a Senior Capture Manager 3 (TS/SCI) to lead capture efforts across Redondo Beach, CA and Dulles, VA. You will architect technical and business strategies, lead bid and proposal activities, and shape opportunities with key customers and partners.

Requires DoD TS clearance, eligibility for SCI, 7+ years of related leadership, and DoD/IC Space domain experience. Compensation aligns with senior program leadership, including bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of program management, customer management, capture, and/or business development and technical leadership.
• Current DoD TS clearance and eligibility for SCI.
• US Federal Agency experience required.
• DoD or IC Space domain experience.
