The role requires deep DoD capture experience, a transferable U.S. security clearance, and strong program-management skills in aerospace and defense contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 12 years of Aerospace and Defense industry experience, with 5+ years leading or contributing on competitive captures with $100M+.
• 5 years of experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic captures and guide cross-functional teams in delivering quality proposals.
• Develop clear win themes and assess capture readiness across campaigns.
• Manage pursuit velocity, budgets, and resources; track metrics and ROI.
• Collaborate with program offices, industry partners, and internal stakeholders to win new business.
