Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 12+ years in business development, capture management, program management, product strategy, or related fields.
• U.S. citizenship required to access program/contract information.
• Ability to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute international capture strategies for CCA and propulsion opportunities.
• Coordinate with RTX sister units, regional teams, and in-country organizations to craft integrated capture strategies.
• Lead or support responses to RFIs, RFPs, and market surveys.
• Translate customer requirements into product priorities and investment plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, finance, contracts, legal, export control, and supply chain to mature capture strategies.
• Establish milestones, budgets, schedules, and performance metrics for captures.
