Pratt & Whitney is seeking an Associate Director to lead strategy and capture activities for international propulsion opportunities within the Collaborative Combat Aircraft program. This role reports to the CCA Campaign Manager and coordinates across RTX sister units, regional teams, and in-country organizations responsible for US and international customer engagement.

• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of relevant experience in business development, capture management, or program management.
• Experience leading complex proposals, international sales, and foreign military sales.
• Ability to travel internationally and communicate with senior leadership.

• Develop and execute international capture strategies for CCA propulsion.
• Coordinate with RTX sister units and in-country teams.
• Lead customer analysis, win strategy development, and price-to-win activities.
• Present capture plans and investment requests to senior leadership.
• Support export controls and international participation strategies.
