Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, part of RTX, is seeking an Associate Director for the Collaborative Combat Aircraft (CCA) Program Management Team to lead strategy and capture activity for Navy and Coast Guard propulsion opportunities. You will coordinate with internal teams and customers to shape requirements, investments, and product plans.

Reporting to the CCA Campaign Manager, you will drive strategy, gating, and negotiations across matrixed organizations to position our engine portfolio for maritime

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 10+ years in business development, capture, or program management.
• Experience leading complex proposals and working with Navy/Coast Guard or maritime aviation customers.
• Ability to communicate complex information to executives and customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute capture strategies for Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard propulsion opportunities.
• Coordinate with Customer Integration Team to craft engagement and capture plans.
• Lead or support matrixed teams through opportunity qualification and proposal development.
• Position engines against maritime missions, requirements, and acquisition strategies.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders across technical and business domains.
• Lead or support win strategies, price-to-win, and internal capture gates.
• Translate customer needs into product priorities and investment plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, contracts, finance, and legal to mature capture strategies.
• Plan engine integration, technology maturation, and demonstration activities.
• Establish milestones, schedules, and performance metrics; identify risks and opportunities.
• Respond to RFI/RFPs and other solicitations; develop strategic recommendations for leadership.
• Support acquisition, contracting, and transition strategies as applicable.
• Negotiate with customers and partners to pursue long-term growth.
