Qualifications

• 20+ years in capture management with 8+ years full lifecycle experience.
• Proven growth through customer intimacy with Civil, Enterprise IT, IC, NOAA, Space/NRO.
• Strong teaming with peers and vendors; adept at negotiations and pricing strategies.
• Deep knowledge of Federal procurement, contracting, and regulations.
• Ability to lead win strategies and develop compelling proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate franchise pursuits and win strategy development.
• Partner with Sector BD Executives, Solution Architects and SMEs to craft proposals.
• Oversee design of cost-effective mission solutions across domains.
• Manage communications with partners and subcontractors; govern bid budgets.
• Present the win strategy and business case to senior management.
