Qualifications

• 10+ years of capture management experience with a proven record of winning competitive pursuits.
• Experience building or maturing a capture function within a federal contracting environment.
• Experience mentoring capture teams and leading complex initiatives from qualification to award.
• Strong understanding of DoD acquisition, federal procurement processes, price-to-win methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement standardized capture processes, SOPs, tools, and templates.
• Lead end-to-end capture activities for high-priority pursuits, including qualification and win strategy.
• Partner with Business Development, Technical SMEs, and Proposal Teams to align pursuit strategies.
• Oversee development of customer call plans, gate reviews, win themes, and decision briefs.
• Build, mentor, and manage a capture team as the department expands.
