Travel up to 20-40% and potential for 100% remote depending on location; candidates should have 12+ years in BD/capture with a track record of multi-hundred million contracts.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree and 12+ years total experience, including 8+ years in industry and 4+ in BD.
• Experience winning large, single-award contracts valued over $100M.
• Proven leadership with senior government stakeholders and mature capture organization.

Responsabilidades

• Own capture of assigned opportunities and drive full BD lifecycle.
• Lead 2-3 large $100M+ solicitations across stages.
• Develop winning strategy and capture plans.
• Coordinate meetings to gain market insight and plan contracts.
• Lead reviews, teaming, and price-to-win efforts.
• Deliver white papers and RFI responses.
• Brief status to senior management at milestones.
