Job summary

AIG Insurance Management Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Account Manager, Captive Management to supervise a portfolio of complex captive clients, ensuring services, deliverables, and regulatory commitments are met.

You will lead senior stakeholders, coordinate with service providers and regulators, and guide Account Administrators and Coordinators. You’ll drive staff development, participate in hiring, and support fee renewals while representing the firm at industry associations and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and captive experience required.
• CPA or equivalent (i.e., Chartered Accountant) or CPA candidate.
• Experience in preparing financial statements with GAAP or related experiences.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team and independently to meet deadlines and client needs.
• Strong analytical thinking and interpretation abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory oversight for a portfolio of captive clients.
• Lead communication with senior captive owners, service providers, and regulators.
• Manage, delegate, and review work of Account Administrators and Coordinators.
• Participate in staff hiring and development; support fee renewal discussions and communications.
• Present materials at client board & committee meetings.
• Maintain and develop captive insurance industry knowledge and participate in committees/boards.
