Qualifications

• Accounting degree required with 4–7 years of financial accounting experience.
• Current knowledge of insurance accounting and industry practices.
• Strong client service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly/ quarterly journal entries and financial statements for captive clients.
• Manage financial/regulatory affairs for a portfolio of captives including risk retention groups.
• Assist with NAIC reporting, statutory statements, and governance materials.
• Support audits, regulatory examinations, and client communications.
