Davies is seeking a Senior Account Executive to oversee a portfolio of captive insurance clients while providing mentorship to staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, a Bachelor’s degree, and between 5 to 10 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include ensuring service quality, compliance with regulations, and preparing financial statements. Formación

• 5-10 years of general accounting experience.
• Up to date knowledge of accounting, insurance, and regulatory issues.
• Achievement of Associate in Captive Insurance or similar designation.

Responsabilidades

• Manage complex portfolios of captive insurance clients.
• Deliver high-quality service and meet client standards.
• Supervise, train, mentor, and serve as a resource to staff.

Conocimientos

General accounting knowledge

CPA or CPA candidate

Knowledge of GAAP

Advanced proficiency in software (Word, Excel, Outlook, QuickBooks)

Statutory or alternative market insurance account experience

Educación

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent
