Job summary

Aon Captive & Insurance Management (ACIM) seeks a Captive Client Leader to drive senior‑level client engagement and strategic risk financing decisions across a portfolio of captive clients. You will partner with executives, coordinate cross‑functional experts, and deliver value through advisory leadership and rigorous governance.

In this global virtual role, you’ll shape client outcomes, expand services, and mentor colleagues while maintaining delivery discipline and high standards of execution

Qualifications

• Advisory client engagement and trusted advisor for client priorities
• Strategic and commercial thinking to connect client strategies with Aon capabilities
• Orchestrate expertise across a matrixed organization while aligning teams around client objectives
• Own client service delivery, governance, and stewardship activity
• Excellent communication to translate data and insights into narratives for executives
• Comfort in ambiguous situations with strong judgment and learning agility
• Experience coaching or mentoring colleagues to elevate client leadership standards
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, risk management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Leading strategic client engagement for a portfolio of captive clients, acting as the primary relationship lead for senior executives
• Running annual account planning discussions aligned to client priorities, service requirements, and commercial objectives
• Coordinating strategy check‑ins with subject matter experts to provide external perspectives, market insight, and forward‑looking recommendations
• Reviewing stewardship reports, performance data, and service metrics to find opportunities for improvement and additional value creation
• Orchestrating internal teams across domiciles, Global Capability Centres, and wider Aon businesses to deliver integrated client outcomes
• Finding opportunities to strengthen client relationships, improve account profitability, and expand relevant Aon services
• Translating technical, financial, and performance information into clear client narratives and actionable recommendations
• Coaching and supporting more junior colleagues to strengthen client leadership capability and consistency of service delivery
• Maintaining delivery discipline across service schedules, governance commitments, and regulatory requirements
