Job summary

Hylant is seeking an Account Executive to lead the captive account management team, overseeing client relationships and talent development while driving operational excellence. You will serve as a strategic advisor to captive clients, providing leadership, coaching, and accountability for a team of professionals to meet governance, financial, and regulatory objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• Seven or more years of captive insurance, auditing, risk management, or captive management experience.
• Professional designations such as CPA, CPCU, ACIA, ARM, or ACI are preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management experience.
• Strong understanding of captive insurance operations, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience presenting to boards and executive leadership teams.
• Ability and willingness to travel for meetings and conferences.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead, engage, and manage a team of account managers across talent functions including recruiting, onboarding, training, development, and performance management.
• Serve as executive relationship manager and trusted advisor for captive clients, guiding operations, governance, financial performance, and long-term objectives.
• Lead client, board, and stakeholder meetings, presenting financial and operational results and driving informed decisions.
