Hylant in Utah seeks a senior Account Executive to lead a team of captive professionals, manage executive client relationships, and drive operational excellence within the captive account management function.

You will oversee talent development, governance, and strategic planning for clients, coordinating with auditors, regulators, and other service providers to meet objectives and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• Seven or more years of captive insurance, auditing, risk management, or captive management experience.
• CPA, CPCU, ACIA, ARM, ACI, or other relevant professional designations, preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead, engage, and manage a team of account managers in talent functions including recruiting, onboarding, training, career development, and performance management.
• Serve as the executive relationship manager and trusted advisor for assigned captive clients, providing strategic guidance on operations, governance, financial performance, insurance, and long-term objectives.
• Lead client, board, and stakeholder meetings, presenting financial and operational results while driving informed decision‑making.
• Oversee complex client engagements, resolving escalated issues and identifying opportunities to enhance client value and service delivery.
• Drive operational excellence through process improvements, quality standards, and compliance deadlines.
• Provide executive oversight of financial reporting, regulatory filings, risk management activities, and domicile compliance.
• Collaborate with auditors, actuaries, legal counsel, regulators, and other service providers to support client and regulatory objectives.
• Support business growth through client retention and expansion efforts, proposal development, prospect engagement, industry participation, and thought leadership initiatives.
