Hylant is seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead a captive account management team, oversee client relationships, and drive operational excellence. You will guide talent, performance, and governance for captive clients while collaborating with auditors, regulators, and internal stakeholders.

The role requires multi‑layer leadership, strategic planning, and strong communication skills to present to boards and executive teams, with significant travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• Seven or more years of captive insurance, auditing, risk management, or captive management experience.
• CPA, CPCU, ACIA, ARM, ACI, or other relevant professional designations, preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management experience.
• Strong understanding of captive insurance operations, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and multiple priorities.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience presenting to boards of directors and executive leadership teams.
• Experience with strategic planning, budgeting, and resource management.
• Ability and willingness to travel for meetings, conferences, or other business‑related functions.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
