Job summary

Hylant is seeking an Account Executive to lead the captive account management team, drive client relationships, and foster talent development. You will guide performance, ensure service excellence, and align operations with strategic objectives for key captive clients.

You will oversee executive communications, coordinate with auditors, regulators, and service providers, and pursue growth through client retention and expansions while maintaining compliance and strong governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• Seven or more years of captive insurance, auditing, risk management, or captive management experience.
• CPA, CPCU, ACIA, ARM, ACI, or other relevant professional designations preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management experience.
• Strong understanding of captive insurance operations, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, engage, and manage a team of account managers in recruitment, onboarding, training, career development, and performance management to meet business objectives.
• Serve as the executive relationship manager and trusted advisor for assigned captive clients, providing strategic guidance on operations, governance, financial performance, insurance, and long-term objectives.
• Lead client, board, and stakeholder meetings, presenting financial and operational results while driving informed decision-making.
• Oversee complex client engagements, resolving escalated issues and identifying opportunities to enhance client value and service delivery.
• Drive operational excellence through process improvements, best practices, and timely service and compliance.
