Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• Seven+ years in captive insurance, auditing, risk management, or captive management.
• Professional designations (CPA, CPCU, ACIA, ARM, ACI) preferred.
• Proven leadership and people-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, engage, and manage a team of account managers in talent functions including recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Serve as executive relationship manager and trusted advisor for assigned captive clients on operations, governance, and financials.
• Lead client, board, and stakeholder meetings, presenting results and guiding decisions.
• Oversee complex client engagements, resolve escalated issues, and identify value opportunities.
• Drive operational excellence through process improvements, quality standards, and deadlines.
• Provide executive oversight of financial reporting, regulatory filings, and risk management.
• Collaborate with auditors, actuaries, regulators, and other service providers.
• Support business growth through client retention, proposals, and thought leadership.
