Job summary

Hylant is seeking an Account Executive to lead a team of captive account managers, guiding talent development and performance while ensuring service excellence for clients.

The role acts as a strategic advisor to captive clients, overseeing governance, financial performance, and regulatory compliance, with responsibility for complex client engagements and executive-level communication.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of captive insurance, auditing, risk management, or captive management experience.
• CPA/CPCU/ACIA/ARM or other relevant designations preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, engage, and manage a team of account managers across talent functions, including recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Serve as executive relationship manager and trusted advisor for captive clients, guiding operations, governance, and financial performance.
• Lead client and board meetings, presenting financial and operational results to drive informed decisions.
