Job summary

LyondellBasell Industries seeks a Capital Project Manager to lead a portfolio of capital projects across APS sites, delivering safety, reliability, and automation improvements. You will coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners from concept through startup, ensuring cost-effective, practical solutions.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in manufacturing or capital project execution, with experience in material handling or warehousing automation; PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 7+ years in manufacturing, engineering, or capital project execution.
• Experience managing multiple capital projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in material handling, warehousing, packaging, logistics, or automation projects.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of capital projects across APS sites from concept through startup.
• Develop scopes, estimates, schedules, budgets, risks and execution plans.
• Deliver projects safely, on time, within budget and aligned with business goals.
• Partner with site teams to implement automation solutions.
• Coordinate with IT/OT, engineering partners, suppliers, contractors and system integrators.
• Lead project reviews and stakeholder communications through execution.
