Job summary

LyondellBasell is seeking a Capital Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of capital projects across APS manufacturing sites. The role focuses on safety, reliability, capacity, and automation, coordinating internal teams and external partners from concept through startup and closeout.

The successful candidate will manage scopes, estimates, schedules, budgets, and risks, delivering value while complying with site standards. Travel to APS sites and supplier locations is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field is required.
Experience leading capital projects in manufacturing environments is required.
PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead a portfolio of capital projects across APS manufacturing sites from concept through startup and closeout.
Develop and manage project scopes, estimates, schedules, budgets, risks, and execution plans.
Deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
Coordinate with site teams, IT/OT, engineering partners, suppliers, and contractors to implement automation solutions.
