Formación
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field required.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or capital project execution.
- Experience managing multiple capital projects in active manufacturing environments.
- Experience with material handling, warehousing, packaging, logistics, or automation projects.
Responsabilidades
- Lead a portfolio of capital projects across APS sites from concept to startup and closeout.
- Develop scopes, estimates, schedules, budgets, risks, and execution plans.
- Deliver projects safely, on schedule and on budget, aligned with objectives.
- Coordinate with site teams, IT/OT, engineering partners, suppliers, contractors, and system integrators.
