Remote work is limited; travel ~25% to APS sites and supplier locations. Requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 7+ years in related fields, and knowledge of SAP or similar systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or capital project execution.
• Experience managing multiple capital projects simultaneously in an active manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of capital projects across APS manufacturing sites from concept through startup and closeout.
• Develop and manage project scopes, estimates, schedules, budgets, risks, and execution plans.
• Deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Skills

Bachelor's degree in Engineering
