Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Sr. Screening Sales Representative to drive Cologuard sales in medical practices within the Texas region.

You will build relationships with clinicians and administrators, develop account plans, and use CRM tools to capture data and opportunities, ultimately improving patient outcomes through colorectal cancer screening. You will coordinate with Medical Affairs, Marketing and Screening Advocates to educate stakeholders on the value proposition and to advance business growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related experience.
• 2+ years of sales or account management experience.
• Valid driver's license; clean MVR.
• Ability to meet healthcare facility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to grow Cologuard sales in the assigned geography.
• Analyze local market and care pathways to inform account plans.
• Build a network of clinical and admin stakeholders within accounts.
• Maintain CRM data with call activities and outcomes for funnel development.
• Lead account planning and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth.
