Job summary

Abbott Laboratories is seeking a Sr. Screening Sales Representative to drive growth of Cologuard in New Braunfels, TX, working with clinics and physicians to improve CRC screening adoption.

You will analyze local care ecosystems, build account plans, and collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and SA teams to deliver data-driven healthcare outcomes. Requires a degree and sales/healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Sales, Business, Marketing, Science, or related field required or 4 years relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• 2+ years of sales, inside sales, or account management experience (or 1+ year sales + 1+ year healthcare/related field).
• Valid driver's license; no major MV violations in 36 months.
• Ability to meet healthcare facility access requirements and work without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Generate deep insight into local healthcare ecosystems to identify opportunities for CRC screening growth.
• Build networks within accounts to understand unmet needs and inform decision making.
• Develop and implement account plans to increase visibility and drive sales growth of Cologuard and other solutions.
• Lead implementation of client plans and engage cross-functional stakeholders.
• Educate target physician groups about products and value propositions to support informed decisions.
