The role demands a strong background in UAT, customer journey management, and cross-functional leadership to support strategic business objectives in a dynamic insurance environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a university degree in Business/Marketing or related discipline.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in financial services or insurance.
• Strong background in operational processes, project implementation, UAT, and customer journey management.
• Excellent project management, problem-solving, and cross-team communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines; role may be filled at Manager level with less experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, implementation, and end-to-end execution of strategic campaigns and operational initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and review workflows to improve campaign performance and customer journeys.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver seamless operational rollouts.
• Handle escalation cases and address complex queries from stakeholders.
