Capgemini is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to support large-scale insurance transformation programs and drive adoption across the organization.

This hands-on transformation role involves designing and executing change strategies, not just advising, and collaborating with a broader transformation team on platform implementations and operating model changes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management or related consulting roles.
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs.
• Ability to design and execute OCM strategies across communications, training, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience supporting technology or platform implementations within complex environments.
• Strong stakeholder management with business and leadership audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute organizational change strategies aligned to business and technology transformation goals.
• Conduct change impact assessments across business functions (e.g., policy, claims, underwriting, finance).
• Develop and deliver stakeholder engagement, communication, and training plans.
• Support adoption measurement, readiness assessments, and post-go-live sustainment activities.
